Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Eight+ years in materials management, supply chain, planning, purchasing, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Five+ years of leadership experience across multiple materials or logistics functions.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems and disciplined materials planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site’s materials strategy to support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth objectives.
• Lead all plant materials and logistics functions including purchasing, planning, MRP, inventory, warehousing, receiving, shipping, and internal movement.
• Build a scalable materials organization with defined responsibilities, standard work, and succession plans.
• Coach and develop the materials team and ensure continuous process improvement.
