Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of inventory control experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production-related transactions.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production planning to ensure material availability.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP system and track material usage.
• Support replenishment and collaborate with procurement on lead times.
• Ensure proper inventory transactions for production orders and adjustments.
• Assist in implementing lean practices and inventory control.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance and variances.
