Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking a Materials Manager in the United States to lead inventory control, planning, and service levels across eGaming, hardware, equipment, and related components.

The role focuses on reducing inventory while improving throughput, service, and efficiency, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and building scalable reporting and planning tools during the SAP transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, systems, programming, or related field is required.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, distribution, or materials planning environment with leadership experience.
• Strong ERP experience, SAP preferred; ability to reduce inventory and improve service.
• Experience with data extraction, reporting, and inventory trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across product categories and locations.
• Develop and automate reports to track inventory, service levels, and progress against targets.
• Support SAP transition by improving inventory control, planning processes, and reporting structure.
• Analyze inventory levels, usage trends, warehouse balances, and service performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, planning, warehouse, and operations to optimize turns and reduce excess inventory.
• Assist planning systems: forecasting, MPS, MRP, and DRP; review stocking targets.
• Design and maintain reporting tools for coordination between manufacturing, supply, demand, and customer requirements.
• Create, maintain, and audit system data to improve accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Train team members on processes, reporting procedures, and data entry.
• Travel to warehouses for audits, counts, and process reviews.
