Job Summary

Position responsible for receiving and distributing materials in the Materials Management department and for reconciling and maintaining related records.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• One (1) year materials management experience
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; demonstrated initiative

Principal Responsibilities

• Receive all materials, unpack, verify accuracy with packing slip and purchase order.
• Research, follow-up, and resolve issues; contact vendors regarding errors or unacceptable conditions.
• Document requisitions and send to appropriate departments.
• Ship items, stock, and maintain inventory in the materials holding area.
• Ensure safety and adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support professional growth, serve as resource, and support department goals.
• Create compassionate, personalized experiences for patients and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
