Job summary

Divergent, a Los Angeles–based manufacturing company, seeks a Material Handler to support production, prototype, and engineering builds. You will manage ERP inventory, perform kitting, receive and document parts, and position material across facilities with a company vehicle provided.

The role requires accurate ERP data, cycle counts, and handling delicate/high- finish parts. On-site work includes lifting up to 25 lbs, forklift use, and a fast-paced environment with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory and production kitting processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels within ERP and transact material across locations.
• Receive inventory into ERP, collect data, and file documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock locations in MRp/ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and report findings for approval.
• Track material stock levels and support kitting for production.
• Package and stage finished goods for outbound shipments.
• Schedule domestic/international shipments to meet production schedules.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, or scissor lift as needed.
• Support department metrics and participate in other duties as assigned.
