Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a talented Materials Leader for our Fayetteville, TN manufacturing team. This leadership role drives daily and monthly materials goals, champions continuous improvement in replenishment, inventory, forecasting, and supplier communication.

Responsibilities include leading a team, executing SIOP, PFEP, Kanban, and cost/time efficiency initiatives, while partnering with Sourcing and Quality teams to meet customer delivery targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years related operations; lean and materials experience.
• Strong analytical background.
• Robust Excel skills and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and development of people.

Responsibilities
