AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a Materials Leader to guide daily and monthly material replenishment, inventory control, and supplier communication on the manufacturing floor.

You will champion continuous improvement, lead a Lean-focused team, and drive key metrics such as inventory turns, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires at least 5 years in operations with lean and materials experience, an Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related operations experience with lean and materials.
• Strong analytical background and Excel proficiency.
• Proven leadership, coaching and development of team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily and monthly material replenishment and inventory management.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, supplier communication, and SIOP.
• Coach and develop team members using lean tools and leader standard work.
• Manage PFEP plan, Kanban, space, and tool creation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Quality Teams to address material issues.
• Determine production schedules and capacity to fulfill customer orders.
