Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Load, unload and transfer materials safely.
Labeling and documentation of materials.
Inventory management of mini-bulk tanks.
Bulk chemical loading and unloading.
Material storage and location control.
Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
Forklift/PIT operation.
PPE compliance.
Hazardous chemical handling.

Responsibilities

Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
Develops individuals and teams within the area of responsibility.
