Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking technical staff to execute manufacturing processes for bulk adhesive products in line with SOPs and safety rules. You will operate mixers, mills, presses, and weighing scales to meet batch specifications and uphold quality standards.

Maintain clean, organized work areas, document production activities, and comply with safety policies and PPE requirements to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes for bulk adhesive products in accordance with SOPs, Manufacturing Instructions, and safety requirements.
• Operate production equipment—including mixers, mills, presses, and weighing scales to achieve batch specifications and meet quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and contamination‑free work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor process conditions, product quality, and equipment performance, and promptly report any deviations or abnormalities.
• Document production activities, material usage, and process data accurately within required systems and batch records.
• Adhere to safety policies, chemical handling procedures, and PPE requirements to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
