Job summary

August Bioservices, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Handler to support a fast-growing CDMO. You will receive inbound materials, move goods with forklifts, and ensure accurate inventory through data entry and cycle counts.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ERP and Microsoft Office familiarity, and the ability to lift over 40 lbs. You will work in a safety- and quality-driven environment and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and log inbound materials.
• Store materials in approved areas; assist with housekeeping to meet safety/quality standards.
• Fulfill internal material requests and transport items within the facility.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move, unload, and load shipments.
• Package items for transport and arrange outbound shipments.
• Enter data for receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping.
• Process and file relevant paperwork.
• Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and site safety/quality policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of supply chain areas.
• Demonstrate strong documentation practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
