Job summary

Munters Corporation in Selma, Texas is seeking a Materials Manager to own inventory, warehouse operations and material flow to the production line. You will lead buyers, an inventory control analyst, and a warehouse supervisor; set safety stock, cycle counts, and coordinate with production planning.

• 5+ years of materials, inventory, or warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and cycle counting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage inventory turns and carrying cost.

Responsibilities

• Own material availability to the production line; review stock levels and shortages.
• Lead and develop buyers, inventory control analyst, and warehouse supervisor; set priorities.
• Set safety stock, reorder, and inventory policies; review cycle-count accuracy.
• Coordinate with production planning for build schedule and lead times.
• Plan warehouse capacity and space; standardize processes across two factories.
