Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time Materials Handler to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment. You will restock, organize, and maintain stock levels while handling sterile items safely.

You will also enter orders into the Materials Management system and support efficient operations at the onsite facility. The role requires 2-3 years of inventory experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of Materials Management/Inventory experience.
• Ability to communicate accurately and appropriately.
• Ability to handle difficult situations discreetly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Restocks utilizing proper rotation, organization, identification, documentation and proper location of stock items.
• Properly handles and stores sterile items to maintain sterility.
• Prioritize duties to ensure completion of tasks.
• Receives all materials delivered to the facility by various vendors.
• Maintains storage areas in a neat, organized manner with correct stock levels.
• Data enters orders and receipts into the Materials Management computer system and performs related tasks.
