Job summary

The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Materials Handler to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment across the facility.

You will maintain organized stock areas, perform data entry in our Materials Management system, and support daily operations with accurate inventory control. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of materials management experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience: Materials Management/Inventory experience 2-3 years required.
• Licenses: Class D Driver's License is required (state).

Responsibilities

• Restocks and rotates stock with proper documentation and location.
• Stores and handles sterile items to maintain sterility.
• Prioritizes tasks to ensure timely completion of duties.
• Receives all materials delivered by vendors.
• Maintains neat, organized storage areas with proper stock rotation.
• Enters orders and receipts into the Materials Management system; performs related computer tasks.
