Job summary

ONE Gas in Oklahoma City is seeking a materials support professional to handle inventory control, issue/receive materials, and coordinate transfers across distribution centers. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree in a related field.

Preferred qualifications include an OSHA forklift certification, CDL, and a valid driver’s license. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, operating forklifts, and communicating with internal/external customers on

Qualifications

• This role requires reading and interpreting various company forms and documents.
• Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive materials, stock shelves, and prepare items for shipping using scanners, forklifts, and related tools.
• Create material replenishment requisitions and coordinate transfers across distribution centers and satellite locations.
• Process material requests by reviewing documents and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing satellite transfers and adjusting replenishment to optimize storage space.
• Identify material levels and communicate quantity adjustments to maximize store space.
• Review material invoices for payment and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports including inventory, usage, order points, and freight costs.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance; perform additional duties as assigned.
