Job summary

Advanced Atomization Technologies in New York is seeking an Inventory/Material Handler to support receiving, material preparation, and delivery of parts across operations. The role involves maintaining accurate transactions and assisting with shipping and tool crib activities.

You will move materials, operate lift trucks, and ensure inventory is properly tagged and tracked. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Willing to complete Handling Input/Output of Inventory (S1) within 6 months.
• Ability to lift materials up to 35 lbs manually.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage or production areas per signals and procedures.
• Load and unload materials on/off trucks using manual and motorized lift trucks.
• Attach tags or labels to materials or mark information on containers.
• Help ensure inventory is protected and tracked per company procedures.
• Record and maintain accuracy of inventory used and/or moved.

Job description

Position Summary

Provides material support to the facility including receiving, material preparation, delivery of parts throughout operations, tool crib customer service and shipping. Maintains accurate transactions on the mainframe and tool crib systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for moving freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage or production areas, in response to signals, standard work, and various communications


• Responsible for loading and unloading materials on and off trucks using manual and motorized lift trucks


• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on containers


• Help ensure that inventory is protected and tracked per company procedures


• Record and maintain accuracy of inventory used and/or moved

Required Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.


• Meet all requirements of Handling Input/ Output of Inventory (S1) or be willing to complete within first 6-months of holding position.


• Ability to lift materials, finished goods, packed items, etc. manually up to 35lbs.
