Job summary

Qualifications include at least 36 months of specialized experience at WS-5 level or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to plan, direct, and organize work, review requirements, set priorities to meet deadlines, and supervise shop processes.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have experience supervising workers, either directly or through one or more subordinate leaders and/or supervisors, in accomplishing the operations of a distinct organizational unit and to perform associated nonsupervisory work.
• Experience with planning, directing, and organizing work assignments of lower grade personnel.
• Experience reviewing work requirements and establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Experience that provides knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function.
• Experience demonstrating the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communicate knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes.
