Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate material handling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials.
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, shipping, material delivery, and production support.
• Establish team priorities, monitor employee performance, and implement process improvements for safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Develop team through coaching, mentoring, training, and empowerment.
• Use data and operational metrics to drive decisions and performance.
• Anticipate and address problems proactively to avoid disruptions.
• Maintain effective cross-shift communication with employees, peers, and leadership.
• Drive standardization and consistency in material handling processes.
