Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant material handling, warehouse, logistics, or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading or supervising material handling or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and make informed operational decisions.
• Ability to use data and operational metrics to monitor and improve team performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily material handling operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, shipping, material delivery, and production support.
• Establish priorities and coordinate work assignments to meet operational, customer, and production requirements.
• Lead by example and promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop material handling employees to support individual and team performance.
• Monitor employee and operational performance using established metrics and data.
• Identify operational issues and take proactive action to prevent production disruptions.
• Maintain effective communication with employees, peers, and leadership across all shifts.
• Drive standardization and consistency across material handling operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
