Job summary

Century-Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Conover, NC to stock, pull, and transport parts across assigned areas. You will operate a handheld scanner, organize inventory, and assist with unloading trucks to keep operations moving smoothly.

You should be able to lift up to 100 pounds, stand for a full 9-hour shift, and work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with teammates. Physical work includes baler and pallet jack use and moving stock between zones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous material handling experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with proper technique.
• Must be able to walk/stand for a 9-hour shift on wooden floors.
• Able to operate baler, pallet jacks and carts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a handheld scanner to scan product.
• Organize and maintain bins to keep accurate inventories.
• Help unload trucks as needed.
• Rotate stock using FIFO (first in, first out) where applicable.
• Move stock to work areas quickly and safely.
