Lcindustries in Durham, NC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and order fulfillment. You will receive, put-away, pick, pack, stage, and load orders, and perform cycle counts to support warehouse goals.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift certification or RF/pick-to-voice experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Excellent communication with team and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RF scanner and pick-to-voice experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• One year warehouse experience required.
• Bi-manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive & put-away of inventory
• Pick, pack, and process orders
• Stage & load orders
• Inventory & order auditing; including cycle counts
• Operate powered and manual material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment inside and outside of the facilities
• Perform Quality Assurance Audits
• All other duties as assigned
