Temp Material Handlers Needed!

Job Title: Temp Loader/Unloader – Material Handlers

Rate of pay: $16/hr.

Schedule: 1st Shift (5am start) and 3rd shift (9pm start). OT is a MUST!

Job Summary:

A local organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loader/Unloaders (Material Handlers) to join the distribution team and assist with a move. This individual will be responsible for loading/unloading delivery trucks to ensure accurate and timely shipments and organizing a new facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load delivery trucks promptly and securely for a move.
• Stage products as needed and label packages.
• Unload and organize products in an orderly manner as instructed.
• Maintain clear communication to minimize delays or issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as sweeping and organizing materials.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to use pallet jacks for moving materials.
• Excellent communication skills; must read, write, and converse in English.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
