This is an active, high-tempo role with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate thrives in a continuous-movement environment, takes pride in picking accuracy, and is comfortable using warehouse inventory software to complete transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition Pulling: Read, prioritize, and accurately pull parts, kits, and materials from warehouse racking and bin locations according to internal order requisitions
  • Staging & Delivery: Stage, verify, and transfer pulled materials to designated production cells, remanufacturing lines, or shipping areas in a timely manner.
  • System Transactions: Log inventory moves, confirm requisition completions, and perform stock lookups using internal inventory software/ERP systems.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities during the pick process to prevent stock discrepancies and incorrect charge-offs
  • Stock & Bay Upkeep: Maintain clean, organized storage bays and report low inventory, damaged stock, or bin discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety standards, proper lifting ergonomics, and warehouse traffic protocols.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • High Mobility: Must be able to walk, stand, pivot, and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift (regularly averaging 12,000 to 15,000+ steps per day).
  • Lifting & Handling: Ability to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40–50 lbs.
  • Pace: Ability to sustain focus and high output in a continuous, fast-paced industrial warehouse environment with little downtime.
  • Dexterity: Frequent bending, stooping, reaching overhead, and navigating warehouse aisles.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, inventory management, or materials handling preferred.

Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating standard PC applications, inventory tracking software, barcode scanners, or basic ERP systems to log transactions.

Attention to Detail: Proven ability to match complex part numbers and maintain strict count accuracy under tight time constraints.

Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the drive to work independently with minimal supervision.

Team Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to coordinate handoffs with line leads, technicians, and inventory personnel.
