Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to identify, receive, store, and issue materials across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Locations include Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Oak Creek. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient packaging for multiple shipping methods.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, packing for shipping, and maintaining records while ensuring inventory accuracy. The position requires physical capability and use of common measuring tools.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions.
  • Ability to perform math calculations with decimals and fractions.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to use measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Must be able to operate powered equipment and hold an operator's license.
  • Ability to perform transactions on company computer systems.
  • Visual and auditory discrimination for quality checks.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds repeatedly.
  • Extended standing/sitting is required.
  • Bend at waist; repetitive motions required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, receive, store, and issue materials using equipment as needed.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Deliver items to floors and assist with kitting operations.
  • Perform visual checks of materials.
  • Pack for shipping; build boxes with bracing; record contents and weights.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and quality transactions in company systems.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock levels.
  • Keep stock rooms neat and orderly.
  • Support additional duties to keep operations efficient.
  • Communicate availability of parts and completed work using email and web.
  • Interface with coworkers, suppliers, and transport to achieve excellence.
