Aufgaben

• Assist compounders with production of flavor products.
• Follow written/verbal instructions for handling and measuring ingredients.
• Pack/label manufactured products for shipment.
• Stand and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
• Apply automated material management (e.g., SAP) accurately.
• Operate conveyors, forklifts, and other production equipment safely.
• Lead by example in applying safety policies to prevent injuries.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision/management.
• Occasionally work under direct supervision.
• Show initiative for 30–70% of tasks without directions.
• Maintain inventory movements (FIFO, quantities, locations).
• Check equipment/tools before use; report issues immediately.
• Apply PPE and safety practices; maintain safe work environment.
