Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production lines and to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment. You will work closely with the Team Lead to identify issues, resolve inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

The role requires 1-2 years in warehouse or inventory control with leadership experience; experience in food or perishable goods handling is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in warehouse or inventory control with lead-hand experience.
• Experience handling food or perishable goods and using inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot material flow and supply issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pull the correct raw product with the line supervisor.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production lines.
• Manage collection and proper disposal of waste from lines.
• Support production and packing with materials and supplies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouses and staging areas.
• Monitor inventory of packing materials and communicate shortages.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Team Lead on process improvements and labor allocation.
