Job summary

BorgWarner is seeking a PC&L Associate to load/unload materials, track inventory in SAP, and ensure accurate material flow on the plant floor. You will work in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment and operate stand-up forklifts as certified.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, maintaining 5S housekeeping, and adhering to FIFO and dock safety protocols while supporting material handling and data entry tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of Powered Industrial Truck experience required.
• Active Forklift Certification License preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in fast paced industrial lean environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, baskets, and shelves.
• Reads and enters materials transactional information into SAP.
• Reads BOMs/pull sheets to retrieve and deliver materials for operations.
• Supports 5S / housekeeping activities.
• Follows FIFO standards throughout storage areas and material flow points.
• Uses PPE and safety protocols for dock operations.
