Job summary

RK Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler in Arizona to process parts through the warehouse and WMS. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, receive and ship products, perform cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, safe lifting, and ability to follow standard work procedures. Candidates should have forklift experience, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a willingness to learn LEAN methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years' Warehouse and Logistics experience.
• 1-2 years' forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn LEAN principles (5S/7S); training provided.
• Great communication skills.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping/receiving, and standard work instructions.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Prior experience with Inventory control preferred.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Use hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks and other motorized equipment to move material or freight in the warehouse-storage facility
• Unload customer products as they come inbound
• Load product that is being processed for outbound
• Weigh products and take measurements (DIMS)
• Receive, unpack, check, and verify product to ensure accuracy
• Process receiving exceptions as needed
• Use handheld RF tools to receive, pick, stock check, and ship products into WMS
• Conduct stock checks, part number verification, Cycle Counts, support physical inventory
