Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Previous experience leading, coordinating, or training team members preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, lift, carry, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of work and maintain inventory records.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and perform inspections.
• Plan and assign daily work activities to meet production objectives.
• Train employees on material handling techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
