Qualifications

• Four (4) years of related material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience leading, coordinating, or training team members is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Inventory Control: Safely move, lift, carry, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility and maintain accurate records.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment and perform inspections.
• Team Leadership & Training: Plan and assign daily work, mentor team members, and promote safety and accountability.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety policies and support continuous improvement efforts.
