Job summary

Seal & Design in Clarence, NY is seeking a dedicated Stock Clerk/Material Handler for the first shift. The role supports production by locating and pulling materials, reviewing job cards, and maintaining inventory accuracy in the ERP system.

You will also help with cycle counts and housekeeping. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $22.00–$26.00 per hour and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO and a referral

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 1 to 2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with business software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Arrives to work on time, as scheduled, and follows attendance policy.
• Locates and pulls materials for set up of scheduled jobs as directed.
• Reviews job cards and notifies Lead of discrepancies.
• Returns materials to proper warehouse location after job completion.
• Assists in stocking and organizing parts and materials.
• Performs stock cycle counts as directed.
• Records stock transfers in ERP to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keeps materials organized and spaces efficient.
• Cross-trained to cover Clean & Pack duties for PTO and heavy workload.
• Operates material handling equipment safely and observes procedures.
