Job summary

Seal & Design, a family-owned manufacturer in Clarence, NY, is hiring for a warehouse/production support role. The position requires a HS Diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, with pay from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.

You will pull materials, verify job cards, enter data into the ERP, perform cycle counts, and keep parts organized. Strong communication, math skills, and the ability to multitask are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 1–2 years related experience required.
• Proficiency with computer-based systems and business software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must manage priorities, multitask, and work in a team.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time and follows attendance policy.
• Pulls materials for scheduled jobs as directed by the Department Lead.
• Reviews job cards and reports discrepancies.
• Returns materials to proper warehouse locations after job completion.
• Assists in stocking and organizing materials.
• Performs cycle counts as directed.
• Records stock transfers in the ERP system to keep inventory accurate.
• Maintains workspace cleanliness and organization.
• Cross trained to cover PTO and high workload.
• Operates material handling equipment safely and per procedures.
