Job summary

The Shyft Group USA, Inc. is seeking a Regular Employee for an hourly non-exempt role in Landisville, PA. You will order, fill, kit, stock, load, and inspect materials, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting transfers and cycle counts to keep operations on schedule.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience and a valid forklift license. You must be able to lift 40+ pounds, work overtime as needed, and use ERP/MRP systems, barcode scanners, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience and valid forklift license.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and barcode scanners is preferred.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and work overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Order, fill, kit, stock, load, and inspect materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Transport materials using equipment and organize/line set materials per schedule.
• Identify damaged materials, communicate issues, and follow proper handling procedures.
• Assist with physical inventory, quality improvement, and operator assistance with heavy objects.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and complete administrative tasks.
