• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production presses to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure FIFO inventory consumption.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in material handling and storage areas.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts of raw materials.
• Inspect, test, and maintain an adequate supply of color injectors.
• Stage material at or near a press prior to it running empty for rapid material change.
• Stage materials for production per verbal instructions or job traveler description.
• Maintain the material mixing area and color supply area in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Communicate with other shifts to ensure readiness for material changes.
