Job summary

Bimeda is seeking a Materials Handler III for the Pomona, CA site. This in-office, full-time role focuses on managing material flow, overseeing inventory, receiving deliveries, and preparing components for production batches.

You will support continuous improvement and coordinate with Manufacturing, MS&T, QC, and QA teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to inventory systems.

Purpose of the Position / Role Summary

The Materials Handler III is responsible for managing the flow of materials and finished goods across the site, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role supports inventory control, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards and Bimeda’s operational goals.

Key Role Specific Requirements
  • Oversee inventory control for incoming, outgoing, stored, and utilized materials.
  • Conduct routine inventories and cycle counts.

Additional Notes
  • Working conditions: warehouse and production environments. Exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery. PPE required in certain areas.
