Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing services company, seeks a Stockroom Associate to support production by moving materials, recording transactions, and ensuring accurate inventory. The role operates during a 3pm–11:30pm shift and requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

You will use RF scanners, ERP tools, and standard warehouse equipment to coordinate material flow, perform cycle counts, and maintain stockroom organization across manufacturing areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to managers and customers.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software.
• Experience with Jabil software/ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of material to manufacturing areas to support schedules.
• Physically and systematically move materials requiring replenishment.
• Execute material movements to shipping, prep, and other areas as needed.
• Utilize RF scanners for ERP transactions.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain Bin Management and FIFO processes.
• Return unused materials to stockroom with RF.
• Dispose of scrap components properly.
• Pull material for purges as needed.
• Perform warehouse cycle counts.
