Job summary

CTC in Minnesota is seeking a Materials Handler II to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role requires hands-on experience in assembly environments, strong organizational skills, and a safety-minded approach to work.

Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment, plus maintaining accurate records, operating a forklift, and coordinating inventory across production lines while adhering to PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of material handling or warehouse operations experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Familiarity with SAP inventory management.
• Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, basic operations).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in confined or clean room environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment.
• Check goods against PO/invoices and maintain records.
• Package and prepare products for shipment with weights and charges.
• Operate forklifts and lift heavy items as needed.
• Review orders and allocate inventory in warehouses or production lines.
• Coordinate non inventory items, scrap, and special storage requests.
• Maintain safety procedures and wear PPE.
