Qualifications

• Requires a High School education and a minimum of 1 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic understanding of PC applications including Oracle and iStar.
• Must be able to pass BAE drivers test and ability to fulfill DOT requirements to drive the company truck.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the internal flow of raw material and in process manufactured hardware to support manufacturing schedules and Operations commitments on engineering and production programs.
• Support the manufacturing process by performing inventory management and the associated material support and documentation maintenance activities.
• Prepares and verifies assembly kits to meet pre-scheduled release dates using pick list. Selects stock using first in-first out system, checks and records solder ability date, vendor date code and quantity issued. Interfaces with materials and production personnel to resolve materials shortages.
• Responds to requests for materials needed for engineering or production programs, works from computerized reports.
• Ensures that materials are properly packaged or repackaged per required handling specifications. Labels and stocks in specified bins or fills back-order requirements.
• Delivers completed assembly kits or POU material to designated areas and releases to work-in-process.
• Performs cycle count audits and physical inventories. Audits inventory records for accuracy on a regular basis.
• Ensures that all required materials are properly identified with safety information and handling labels in conformance with Company and OSHA guidelines.
• Must be able to drive a company truck.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
