This vacancy will be posted on the internal Career Website for 5 business days.

Associates are eligible to apply for a lateral transfer after one (1) year of service in their current position, with exceptions for warnings and suspensions. Part-time associates who have completed probation can move to full-time roles within their department if it does not reduce operational efficiency. Probation is three months for full-time and four months for part-time employees working more than 3/5 of the workweek. Probation does not apply to shift changes.

Under supervision of distribution managers, provides customer service by performing shipping, receiving, staging, and deliveries of supplies. Manages inventory control and medical supplies replenishment. Responsible for pickup and delivery of medical equipment. Must perform data entry using computers and handheld devices. Strong communication skills and knowledge of medical supplies required. Also covers the call request center and responds to emails.

Education, Training & Experience

High school diploma with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare materials management or equivalent education and experience. Must be computer literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English)
