Job summary

Altium Packaging in Janesville, WI is seeking a Material Handler to receive, store and distribute raw materials and supplies to designated staging areas. The role operates a forklift and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will help keep the ramp, dock and production areas clean, report discrepancies, and transport materials to grinding and grinding area. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physical ability to perform tasks as described, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and distribute raw materials to designated staging areas.
• Operate forklift to unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Visually inspect materials and report discrepancies.
• Transport and store materials and supplies in correct areas.
• Keep ramp, dock and compactor area clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime as needed.
