Job summary

Techniplas US LLC dba NEXXTA is seeking a material handler with forklift experience to load, move, and stage materials for production. You will operate forklifts, inspect loads, and ensure accurate material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires safe operation of equipment, adherence to 6S standards, and coordination with technicians to pull materials and complete IQMS transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified forklift training (sit down and stand-up).
• Previous material handler experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
• Operate propane or electric-powered forklift trucks to move materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment and report issues.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight and production data on tags or labels.
• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it for timely delivery.
