Job summary

Royal Truck & Equipment is seeking a full-time Materials Handler to join our team in Kentucky. The role involves loading/unloading materials, operating forklifts and cranes, and assisting with assembly of truck bodies. Occasional external work and snow plowing responsibilities may apply.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in upfitting/vehicle assembly, plus 3 years operating forklifts/cranes. Valid drivers license required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow work orders and assembly instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs or more.
• Experience operating forklifts and cranes preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from delivery trucks.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and front end loaders.
• Drive delivery flatbed when required.
• Accurately document kit and cycle counts.
• Assist with basic assembly of truck bodies and related tasks.
