Job Description
Responsible for packaging, transferring, and maintaining all product inventory. Performs appropriate systems transactions when required to document all inventory movement and keep the associated files up to date and compliant with all applicable company & industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembles and packs boxes with applicable products.
- Moves products between production departments.
- Assists with receiving, counting of items, and storage of materials in applicable assigned locations.
- Records inventory transactions where applicable, utilizing the Company system, including SAP.
- Assists with picking of products for customer orders and corresponding instruction manuals.
- Completes other stockroom duties as needed.
- Prepares RIWO shipments for customers, trade shows, labs, and evaluations, as per a provided equipment list. This includes loading crates and pallets for shipment by freight carrier and/or loading boxes and totes for shipment by FedEx.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with periodic inventory projects.
- Accompanies service technicians to Prima Vista as needed for maintenance/testing of C-arm.
- Ensures compliance with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements related to this role.
- Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the specified deadlines.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Materials Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of material handling experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management, workload prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with stock handling and SAP knowledge is helpful.
- Proficiency with PC and familiarity with MS Office suite.
- Ability to work within a cross-cultural environment.
- The physical demands include:
- Lift/Carry 25+ pounds.
- Bend/Stoop/Kneel for 4 hours per day.
- Stand/Sit/Walk for 8 hours per day.
- Push/Pull 50+ pounds.
- RWMIC offers annual immunizations for Hep B and Flu Shots; employees are encouraged to consider receiving these.
