Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable in a chemical plant environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, detail-oriented with good work habits.
• Basic computer or scanner skills required.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift license.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain material flow in manufacturing areas.
• Break down pallets and deliver materials to designated locations.
• Scan materials on delivery for inventory accuracy.
• Rotate stock using FIFO principles.
• Maintain clean and organized cabinets and work area.
• Replenish bulk MRO materials daily.
• Handle hazardous waste following safety regs and site protocols.
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks as needed.
• Load/unload trucks and stage materials for shipment.
• Read production schedules and move items accordingly.
• Transfer materials between receiving, storage, and production areas.
• Set up manifolds and transfer lines to tank trucks and drums.
• Take samples and deliver to QC lab as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
