Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Materials Handler in Smyrna, TN. You will verify loads for delivery, load trucks, and pick warehouse orders while performing DOT compliance audits.

This on-site role supports a fast-paced distribution environment and hands-on operations. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience, forklift experience is required, and familiarity with quality assurance, warehouse organization and inventory tracking is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Quality Assurance experience is preferred.
• Warehouse organization experience is preferred.
• Inventory tracking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies loads for delivery to ensure customers have the correct product in a safe and professional manner.
• Loads trucks and performs truck inspections.
• Picks warehouse orders.
• Conducts DOT compliance audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
