Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Materials Handler to verify loads for delivery, load and inspect trucks, and pick warehouse orders. The role supports safe and accurate distribution for our contractor customers.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of warehouse experience; forklift experience is preferred, and Spanish proficiency is a plus. This on-site position offers growth within a nationwide distributor of building materials.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a materials handling or warehouse environment.
• Stand up and sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies loads for delivery to ensure customers have the correct product in a safe and professional manner.
• Loads trucks and performs truck inspections.
• Picks warehouse orders.
• Conducts DOT compliance audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
