Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Materials Handler in Smyrna, TN. You will verify loads for delivery, load trucks, and pick warehouse orders to ensure customers receive the right products safely and on time.

This role offers comprehensive benefits, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow within a growing company. Prior forklift experience and basic warehouse duties are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation is a must.
• Basic safety compliance and procedures knowledge.
• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse role preferred.
• Experience with warehouse picking and loading is beneficial.
• DOT compliance awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verifies loads for delivery to ensure customers have the correct product in a safe and professional manner.
• Loads trucks and performs truck inspections.
• Picks warehouse orders.
• Conducts DOT compliance audits.
• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
