Position Overview

Material Handler – North Mankato, MN

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stage incoming shipments using material handling equipment (MHE).
• Prepare and break down inbound shipments for accuracy validation.
• Put away products into correct locations via MHE equipment.
• Pull orders accurately from paper or electronic system using MHE equipment.
• Operate forklift and/or related material‑moving equipment to designated areas.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performing job duties.
• Maintain a stationary position and move up to 25+ pounds as required.

Shift

1st Shift; Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Basic computer operations and use of inventory tracking system.
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals).
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Prior warehouse or receiving experience preferred (1–3 years).
• Experience in a production‑related environment preferred.

Compensation

Hourly range: $16 – $19. Base pay determined by qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
