You’ll collaborate with the warehouse team in El Paso, TX, focusing on inventory management and logistics processes. This involves working closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, utilizing warehouse management software to track stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to manage incoming shipments. You’ll also be responsible for optimizing logistics processes, such as order fulfillment and delivery scheduling, to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll need to be proficient in using various tools and technologies, including inventory management systems, data analysis software, and communication platforms, to effectively manage and streamline warehouse operations.

The annual salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $72,772, with benefits not yet disclosed. This role involves a variety of tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and client communication, requiring proficiency in software such as Excel, SQL, and CRM systems. The workplace is typically an office environment, with a standard 40-hour workweek. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry conferences.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of materials handling experience. Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and adaptability are required.
