Ardmore Home Design, Inc. is seeking a Materials Handler to support our warehouse operations.

You will help receive, audit, and prepare products for inbound and outbound shipments, and you will be responsible for accurate packing and palletizing in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes working on-site with a strong safety focus, using RF scanners and pallet jacks, and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, audit, and inspect products for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Pack and palletize items in a timely manner.
• Operate a pallet jack and RF scanners.
• Follow safety standards and procedures; use PPE when required.
• Complete workload accurately and submit paperwork correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About The Position

We are seeking a Materials Handler to support our Warehouse operations. This position completes assigned duties to ensure that products are received, audited, open/closed for inspection, accurately packed/palletized in a timely manner for inbound/outbound. This individual embraces and supports our in-person/on‑site work culture and embodies our company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect.

Job Responsibilities

• Frequently reaches above shoulder level to lift or otherwise move objects that weigh between 50-100 pounds (assisted) when unloading and sorting pallet products
• Pushes and pulls frequently
• Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast-paced environment
• Follows verbal and written instructions, reads paperwork/manifestos to complete tasks.
• Operates a pallet jack to move product for production use.
• Completes workload safely and efficiently, following all safety standards, procedures and processes
• Use of PPE when required
• Submits paperwork correctly
• Completes other duties as assigned
• Use RF Scanners

Requirements

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation
