Ardmore Home Design is seeking a Materials Handler to support our Warehouse operations. This role focuses on receiving, auditing, packing and palletizing products for inbound and outbound shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and reliability. Physical ability to lift/move items and operate pallet jacks and RF scanners is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and audit products for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Pack and palletize items for shipping in a timely manner.
• Operate a pallet jack to move products within the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and paperwork correctly.
• Follow safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Assist with audits and inspections as needed.
• Complete assigned tasks and submit paperwork properly.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.
• Work in a fast-paced, active environment.

About the Position

We are seeking a Materials Handler to support our Warehouse operations. This position completes assigned duties to ensure that products are received, audited, open/closed for inspection, accurately packed/palletized in a timely manner for inbound/outbound. Job Responsibilities

• Frequently reaches above shoulder level to lift or otherwise move objects that weigh between 50-100 pounds (assisted) when unloading and sorting pallet products
• Pushes and pulls frequently
• Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast-paced environment
• Follows verbal and written instructions, reads paperwork/manifestos to complete tasks.
• Operates a pallet jack to move product for production use.
• Completes workload safely and efficiently, following all safety standards, procedures and processes
• Use of PPE when required
• Submits paperwork correctly
• Completes other duties as assigned
• Use RF Scanners

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation
